HOW DOES A KILN BAFFLE BRUSH WORK?

Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffles uses millions of fibers that conform to irregular surfaces, closing gaps across the top, around the ends and under the charges of the kiln. Ideal for batch, track, and continuous kiln operations, our Flexible Brush Baffles adapt to the shrinking charge while maintaining a consistent seal.

Testing has proven Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffles are incredibly efficient, sealing out >99% of air flow. This drives air into the sticker spaces, exactly where you need it to maximize drying.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FIBERBUILT FLEXIBLE BRUSH BAFFLES

Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffles are engineered to perform in the harshest kiln environments, with a selection of products able to operate in temperatures 175ºF to 480ºF and custom designs to 600ºF.

Fiberbuilt produces Flexible Brush Baffles in 6’, 8’ and 10’ Lengths, with fiber lengths, 7” 15” and 22”. Custom sizes are also available. The Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffles come in single, double, and triple ply formats, complete with aluminum mounting hardware.

Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffle are also used to partition conditioning and heat zones in continuous track kilns.

The Fiberbuilt Flexible Brush Baffles do not have to be moved or adjusted between charges. They are excellent replacements for metal baffles, which are subject to damage and are hazardous when raising and lowering.
